The Young Entrepreneur Program is a practical founder community for entrepreneurs under 40 who are building in Santa Fe.
If you’re starting a business or running an early-stage business, you’ve probably felt it: you’re making real decisions with limited time, limited bandwidth, and not enough trusted peers. The Young Entrepreneurs of Santa Fe is SFBI’s pilot cohort for 2026 designed to give you practical tools, peer accountability, and a real community of founders who are doing the work here in Santa Fe.
This is not a pitch competition. This is not startup theater. This is about building durable businesses and relationships.
What you get
Monthly cohort sessions (10 sessions per year, in person). Each session blends a short tactical lesson, a working session, and peer discussion so you leave with progress, not just notes.
Peer accountability. You’ll set goals, share what you’re working on, and get real feedback from other founders like you.
Practical founder toolkits. We’ll cover the fundamentals that move the needle: customers, revenue, operations, cash flow, and capacity.
AI as a force multiplier. You’ll learn simple, responsible AI workflows to speed up research, messaging, documentation, and planning—without replacing your judgment.
