Support raised from grants and contributions provides funds that assist the dreams of entrepreneurs, keeps talent in Santa Fe, and builds the economic future of the community.

Since 1997, with the help of our benevolent supporters, SFBI has emerged as a cornerstone of economic development activity in Santa Fe and Northern New Mexico. SFBI successfully serves client businesses that help diversify the economy and provide new careers for the citizens of our community. In the fiscal year 2019, SFBI clients and alumni contributed $82.1 million in economic activity to the New Mexico economy. In 2019, the economic activity stimulated resulted in 771 jobs, $36.4 million in earnings for New Mexico workers, and $5.94 million in state and local tax revenue.
