Strategic Insights: SWOT Analysis, Elevator Pitch, & Action Planning: SCORE Southside Series Business Workshops
June 25 @ 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm
FreeGain strategic clarity and direction for your venture through a hands-on bilingual session covering SWOT analysis, elevator pitch refinement, and action planning. Explore your business’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, and learn how to effectively translate them into actionable steps for growth. All entrepreneurs and small business owners are welcome free of charge. Refreshments are provided by local restaurants and food trucks.
Meet the Presenters: Timothy Daniel and Dennis Seagle
Timothy Daniel, SCORE Mentor, Chair Business Ed Committee
Tim has served as a SCORE small business mentor for nearly 15 years. He is recognized as a Community Builder for assisting in the creation over 200 new jobs. He is an advisor for several startup companies and previously was a consultant and instructor for the Wharton Small Business Development Center. Tim has worked with the Business Model Canvas and has completed an invitation-only 5-day intensive boot camp for business coaches conducted by Strategyzer, the organization behind the Canvas.
Dennis Seagle, SCORE Mentor, Chair Volunteer Committee
Dennis Seagle has started and managed several businesses in the healthcare, pharmaceutical and nutrition industries. He started working in manufacturing as a chemical engineer and held positions in sales, marketing and general management.
