Dana Catron

President & CEO

Dana leads SFBI with a clear belief that entrepreneurship is one of the most powerful tools a community has for economic self-determination. As President and CEO, she oversees the organization's strategy, partnerships, and day-to-day operations — maintaining SFBI's relationships with the City of Santa Fe, Santa Fe County, state and federal funders, and the broader ecosystem of institutions that make the incubator's work possible. She has spent her career in economic development and nonprofit leadership, and she brings both to every conversation she has with founders.

Carl McLendon

Program Manager

Carl works directly with SFBI clients and program participants, connecting founders to resources, advisors, and each other. He manages the incubator's programming — from the Runway cohort to the Young Entrepreneurs program — and serves as the primary point of contact for anyone navigating what SFBI can do for their business. He also leads the SMB Builder curriculum and facilitates the weekly sessions that help early-stage founders make better decisions faster.

Lisa Leyba

Office Manager

Lisa is the operational backbone of SFBI. She manages the day-to-day functioning of the facility — space, scheduling, communications, and the dozens of small things that have to work so that founders can focus on building. She is often the first person clients meet when they walk through the door, and the person they call when they need something sorted quickly. If you have a question about the building, a meeting room, or anything logistical, Lisa is your person.
