She integrates customer development\, business modeling\, market strategy\, systems thinking and advanced lean methodology into a framework that organizes the complexity of the new business and brings clarity to the action plan to reach product-market fit. Ada has been a startup strategy consultant since 2014\, has worked with over 200 founders with their early stage business modeling\, and teaches with several pre-accelerator/accelerator programs. She earned the Top Expert award by MassChallenge in 2019. \nJON MERTZ\nJon Mertz founded Santa Fe Innovates\, a social entrepreneur accelerator program and community. He also is an interdisciplinary leadership doctoral candidate at Creighton University. Jon’s background includes marketing and business development leadership roles for entrepreneurial and enterprise companies – Corepoint Health\, QuickArrow\, Deloitte\, IBM\, and BMC – along with serving in Washington\, DC\, in various political appointments.
