Based on popular demand, WESST/Santa Fe is offering this “Lunch and Learn” to provide you with:

• A safe environment to practice your negotiating style(s) and to identify which styles work most productively with the style of your opposite negotiator(s).
• An opportunity to explore and identify important outcomes for your practice negotiating sessions.
• Perspectives and feedback from a range of skill sets among your practicing peers
• Ability to identify your comfort level with situations you thought might be beyond your control but with thoughtfully researched change(s), may improve your potential to achieve the outcomes you desire.

This “Lunch and Learn” will be limited to sixteen (16) motivated participants to provide space and privacy for all negotiators.
