Market Strategy and Assessment Workshop

The workshop will address common application problems observed by the Venture Acceleration Fund (VAF) review committee and other potential funders.  The focus will be on what startups and new businesses should know about Market Strategy and Assessment.   Areas of discussion will include: determining the overall business goals and objectives and creating the most effective strategy for the market (market opportunity, research, validation, pricing, distribution, competition, market segments, how to communicate the plan).  How to use the information gathered in the strategy to assess cost to market and determine profit potential.
