Are you “hungry” to start your own food business? Maybe you bake some of the best pastries in your community, but are ready to scale from bake sales to opening your own bakery. Maybe you want to introduce your homemade salsa to an existing restaurant or a grocery store in New Mexico. Are you eager to increase your chances of success in the consumer food arena?

You’ve got questions about how to start a food business and this panel will have the answers.
