Vicki Pozzebon, Founder of Delicious New Mexico
Vicki is a purveyor of all things local. She is the owner and principal consultant of Prospera Partners consulting firm, that designs local economy networks, systems, and social enterprise development plans for businesses and organizations that put our communities first. Vicki is also the Founder of Delicious New Mexico, an organization that provides resources and services to grow the local food industry. Currently, Vicki is an Advisory Board Member of Design Corps Santa Fe, and Chair of the Board of Directors of the Partnership for Responsible Business and Reconnect-Today. Michelle Chavez, Chef
Michelle (Mica “Meeka”) is a native of El Paso, TX and credits her mother and maternal grandmother as being her biggest culinary influences. Having 35 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry has given her the chance to cook in six different countries, she has cooked for four presidents and in 2003, she was chosen as the Chef de Cuisine for the PGA Champions dinner in Rochester, NY. In 2003, she moved to Santa Fe and in 2005 began to teach Culinary Arts at Santa Fe Community College. She was the lead instructor for 11 years, placing students in every high-end restaurant in Santa Fe. She also owns and operates Coriander Catering and works at the Santa Fe School of Cooking.
