Customer Service Training was developed for the Service category and uses the SFBI created Customer Service Canvas to review the creation of a positive customer experience.
The Santa Fe Business Incubator Seminars bring together academic and local expertise to assist clients in different aspects of their business. Each seminar has four workshops that take place in series once or twice per year.
